Under the contract, Mindcubed will undertake the following key tasks:
· Security Compliance as per NIST 800.53: Mindcubed will conduct a comprehensive security assessment to ensure the agency’s CMS complies with the rigorous security standards outlined in the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication 800-53.
· Penetration Testing: Mindcubed will conduct extensive penetration testing to identify and address vulnerabilities within the Case Management System, enhancing the agency’s overall cybersecurity posture.
· Vulnerability Remediation: Mindcubed will collaborate closely with the Pretrial Services Agency to remediate any code-related security vulnerabilities.
· Migration to Cloud: The agency’s CMS will be migrated to a secure cloud environment, improving scalability, flexibility, and accessibility while reducing operational costs.
· IT Modernization: Mindcubed will lay the roadmap and assist PSA in modernizing the agency’s CMS, optimizing performance, and paving the way for future innovation.
