2. U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) ONE IT – PRIME
Mindcubed is a Prime contract holder of SEC One IT contract through its Joint Venture KHS Solutions in Small Business category. SEC One IT is an indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with a ceiling value of $2.5 billion. The seven information technology channels under the vehicle are Application Management and Development (Platform), IT Infrastructure and Operations Management (Small Business Only), Business Solutions Delivery (Non-Platform), Information Security, IT Data Management, IT Governance, and Technology Business Management.
3. NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) VI – PRIME
Mindcubed is a Prime contract holder on NASA SEWP VI, a Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) available to all federal agencies for information technology, communications, and audio-visual (ITC/AV) solutions and services. Mindcubed was awarded under Category C, Mission-Based ITC/AV Service Solutions, a small business set-aside category. Orders placed with Mindcubed under SEWP VI count toward agency small business goals.
SEWP VI gives agencies a streamlined ordering process through the NASA SEWP Quote Request Tool, a 0.34% program fee already included in quoted pricing, and flexible order types including firm fixed price, time and materials, and labor hour.

4. Missile Defense Agency (MDA) SHIELD IDIQ – PRIME
Mindcubed is a Prime contract holder on the Missile Defense Agency’s Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense (SHIELD) Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. SHIELD is a 10-year vehicle with a stated maximum value of $151 billion that gives MDA and other Department of Defense components rapid, flexible access to engineering, cybersecurity, information technology, test, and mission-support services and commodities. The vehicle supports the nation’s layered homeland defense against air, missile, space, cyber, and hybrid threats and covers both classified and unclassified efforts.
