Mindcubed Awarded a Prime Contract for Agile Software Engineering and Development

ARLINGTON, VIRGINIA — Mindcubed today announced that it has been awarded a Prime contract for Agile Software Development and Engineering by DC Courts. Utilizing Agile methodology, Java technologies, and Oracle databases, Mindcubed’s will develop and enhance courts Web Voucher System (WVS). WVS is utilized to automate the paper payment processing of claims submitted for representation in the Criminal Justice Act (CJA) program and the Counsel for Child Abuse and Neglect (CCAN) program.

The D.C. Courts are the third branch of the District of Columbia government. The Mayor presides over the executive branch and the Council of the District of Columbia is the legislative branch. The D.C. Courts are comprised of the D.C. Court of Appeals, the Superior Court of D.C., and the Court System, which provides administrative support to both courts.

ARLINGTON, VIRGINIA — Mindcubed today announced that it has been awarded a Prime contract for Mobile Application Development and Deployment Support by Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) for the District of Columbia (DC). Mindcubed will develop cross platform iOS and Android apps and help the agency move towards mobile technologies.

The mission of CSOSA, a federal law-enforcement agency is to increase public safety, prevent crime, reduce recidivism, and support the fair administration of justice in close collaboration with the community.

Mindcubed’s technical expertise in justice and public safety will directly support CSOSA’s mission in designing and eventually deploying mobile apps for Community Supervision Officers (CSO) and CSOSA clients to create an ecosystem for collaboration.

ARLINGTON, VIRGINIA — Mindcubed today announced that it has been awarded a Prime contract for SharePoint Development by Pretrial Services Agency (PSA) for the District of Columbia (DC). Utilizing Agile methodology, Mindcubed will develop the Agency Projects and Policy Life cycle Management (APPLM) system.

The Pretrial Services Agency is the Federal agency responsible for gathering information about newly arrested defendants and preparing the recommendations considered by the Court in deciding release options.

Using Agile methodology to systems development and SharePoint 2013 platform, Mindcubed will deploy APPLM system that will enable PSA automate its current policy life cycle. APPLM will allow employees to manage, track, review, approve business documents and allow revising, retiring and rescinding policies.

Mindcubed awarded analytics and consulting contract with Arlington County, Virginia

ARLINGTON, VIRGINIA — Mindcubed, innovator of the GRID analytics platform, today announced it has been awarded a contract to develop comprehensive analytics for the “Specialized Transportation for Arlington Residents” (STAR) program.

Home to the Pentagon, Arlington National Cemetery, and numerous federal agencies, Arlington is an urban county located across the Potomac River from Washington, D.C. Arlington County’s STAR program is part of Arlington Transit (ART), the county’s public transit system and serves residents who have difficulty using public, fixed-route transit due to their age, disability, or environmental conditions.

Through the Mindcubed GRID platform’s analytics capabilities, the county will be able to better understand how STAR services are used throughout the county. Then, based on the metrics and insights GRID delivers, the county will be able to maximize the number of shared rides, improve the efficiency of program operations, and reduce costs.

Mindcubed will support the overall Technical Architecture and Software Engineering effort for the agency’s Supervision and Management Automated Record Tracking (SMART) system.
